1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
A. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us with clear photos or a video of the issue within 15 days. We will offer a replacement or full/partial refund depending on the situation.
B. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product (wrong size, color, model, or item entirely), please provide evidence (photos/videos). We will resolve it with a refund or replacement.
C. Missing Items
If your package arrives incomplete, please check all compartments first. If an item is missing, notify us with photos of the received package and a list of missing items.
D. Quality Issues
If the product significantly differs from the description or is of unacceptable quality, we will assess and determine a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).
2. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- The 15-day window after delivery has passed.
- The product was damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.
- No proof is provided to verify the issue (photo or video evidence is required).
- Slight color or size variations due to screen settings or manual measurement.
3. Order Not Received
If you haven’t received your package:
A. Tracking Shows “Delivered”
If the tracking number shows the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier.
B. No Tracking Update or Long Delay
If the tracking hasn’t updated in more than 10 business days or it has been excessively delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a suitable solution.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photo or video evidence if applicable.
We aim to process claims promptly and fairly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if any part of the policy above is violated.
